Our therapeutic services are collaborative, with goals and plans developed together with the client based on what the client would like to be different in his/her/their life. We listen, we teach, we guide, we inquire, we challenge, we reframe, we use humor, we empathize, we accept, we relate. We are gender-affirming, culturally responsible and ethically grounded. We do our best to give you enough tools to work ourselves out of a job. 

If you're on the fence about trying mental health therapy or coaching, remember you're only committing to one session at a time, and if we're not the right fit for you, we will happily refer you to someone who might be more suitable for you.
